Frankie Everitte begins his third season at Campbell andhis second as director of baseball operations.
Everitte joined the Fighting Camel staff prior to the 2013season, serving as the program's volunteer assistant baseballcoach. 
Everitte, who came to Buies Creek after two years as anassistant coach at Brunswick Community College, is responsible forcoordinating camps, field maintenance, upkeep at Jim Perry Stadium,team travel and day to day operations.
In his two seasons in Buies Creek, Everitte has helped Campbellto its two best campaigns in program history, winning 90 games,including CU's first in the NCAA Tournament, a Big South Tournamentand a regular season title.
2014 saw the Camels cross the 40-win mark for the third-straightseason on their way to the program's first NCAA appearance since1990 after claiming the Big South Tournament Championship.
Ryan Thompson completed his second All-American campaign at CU,while Matt Parrish was named CoSIDA Academic All-America.Thompson also became Campbell's third MLB Draft pick in twoseasons, selected by the Houston Astros in the 23rd round.
Campbell again ranked in the nation's top-50 in wins (41, 35th), hit by pitch (122, 2nd), sacrifice bunts (66, 25th), shutouts(6, 40th) and stolen bases (80, 41st).
In 2013, he coached the CU outfield, guiding All-American andnational stolen bases leader Ben McQuown. He also aided associatehead coach Justin Haire with hitting instruction and on-campusrecruiting.
CU ended the season 49-10, ranking as high as No. 23 in thenational polls while winning the Big South's North DivisionChampionship and taking a runner-up finish in the league'schampionship game, setting a school record for wins.
Campbell finished among the nation's leading teamsstatistically, ranking eighth in batting (.314), 15th inscoring (7.1 runs per game), sixth in stolen bases (130), third intimes hit by pitch (124), 11th in on-base percentage(.404), seventh in ERA (2.63), 22nd in hits allowed pernine (7.95) and an outstanding fourth in win-loss percentage(.831).
The team also tied or set records in games played (59), stolenbases (130), sacrifice flies (43), shutouts (6), innings pitched(531.0), fewest walks per nine (3.23). Campbell's pitching staffset both a school and a Big South record with a 2.63 team ERA.
During his two seasons at BCC, Everitte assisted in coaching twoAll-Americans, six all-region selections and helped send 14 playersto four year institutions, coaching the Dolphin outfield andhitters, while coaching first base and handling recruitingduties.
During the summer of 2012, Everitte served as an assistant coachfor the prestigious eight-time national champion South CarolinaDiamond Devils program.
Prior to his time at Brunswick, Everitte spent two years atCoastal Carolina working as a student manager for head coach GaryGilmore. While at CCU, Everitte was responsible for assisting theCoastal coaching staff with day to day operations and aiding withcamps.
During his time at CCU, the Chanticleers went undefeated in BigSouth play and captured their fourth-consecutive conference title.The 2010 team set a school record for wins with a 55-10 mark, andhosted the Myrtle Beach Super Regional. As the No. 4 national seed,the Chanticleers suffered two one-run losses to eventual nationalchampion South Carolina.
Born and raised in Fayetteville, N.C., Everitte graduated fromGray’s Creek High School, where he was a four sport athlete,in 2006.
Everitte played two years of college baseball at BrunswickCommunity College in Supply, N.C., as well as three seasons in theCoastal Plain League with the Wilmington Sharks and theFayetteville SwampDogs.
