Orange & Black match set for Saturday

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The defending Southern Conference Champions, Campbell's wrestling team will take part in the University's Homecoming festivities all weekend.

First off, the Camels will be recognized during Campbell Basketball's kickoff event, "Homecoming HOOPla", Friday night in Gore Arena (7 p.m.).

The team's annual Orange & Black match highlights the weekend. The team will dual outside in front of the John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center Saturday morning, October 28 at 11:30 a.m. as the homecoming parade rolls through Buies Creek.

Head coach Cary Kolat will also be recognized during the third quarter of CU's homecoming football game for his induction into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Campbell's 2017-18 Kickoff Dinner at McCall Court will round out the weekend Saturday night at 7 p.m.

The 2017-18 season begins in Buies Creek on November 5, hosting Eastern Michigan and American in a tri-meet. EMU takes on the Camels at 1 p.m. with CU vs. American following.
