Richmond, VA ­- Alexandra Andrivot claimed a singles win (0-2) as Campbell fell to Drexel (1-1) and VCU (2-1) Saturday, January 20 at the VCU 4-1 Invitational.
 
Campbell dropped its first match of the day to Drexel, 2-3. Anna Castillo and Georgina Segarra paired to claim a, 6-2/4-6/6-2, doubles win over Ryshena Providence and Clary Rodriguez Cruz.
 
The Camels' dropped their second match of the day to VCU, 5-0. The Rams swept the Camels in singles and doubles action. Alexandra Nicoara fell to Marina Alcaide Bakari 6-3, 6-2.
 
Alexandra Andrivot clinched the Camels sole singles win of the day, 3-6/6-3/7-6 (1). The junior rallied to win two straight after dropping the first set including a tie breaking win in the final set.
