BUIES CREEK, NC ­- Ana Castillo won her singles and double match to post a perfect record on the day as Campbell defeated Wingate, 4-3, Thursday, February 1.
 
Castillo swept singles action with a 6-1, 6-4 win over Claudia De Andreis. She later paired with Georgina Segarra to claim a 6-3 win over the Bulldogs' duo De Andreis and Sydney Homan.
 
Isabel Boada finished the day with a 1-0 record after pairing with Alexandra Andrivot to claim a 6-4 win over Michela Verpelli and Meredith Lee.
 
Lou Regen fought back and won two straight sets 6-4, 6-3 after falling in the first set 5-7 to Chyi Lee.
 
Pauline Roustan claimed a win over Marisa Ostoja by claiming the first and last sets 6-1, 6-3 to overcome a dropped middle set 2-6.
