Campbell falls to Radford in BSC Semifinal

MATTHEWS, N.C. ­- Jasmine Casarez scored two goals as Radford defeated Campbell 2-0 in the semifinals of the Big South Conference Tournament.
 
Jasmine Casarez opened the scoring line in the 10th minute when she gathered the ball off a deflection inside the six-yard box and finished to the back of the net.
 
In the 26th minute the match was delayed due to unplayable field conditions as a result of heavy rain fall.
 
Casarez netted her second goal on the day Jessica Wollmann played the ball into the box to Nella Perez who found Casarez for the score.
 
In the final five minutes of play, Alexa Genas gathered the ball in the box but could not get a shot off after slipping. In the 88th minute, Genas fired off a shot in the box but it was blocked by a Highlander defender.

Erin Scott totaled 12 saves to partner with one team save for 13 total saves for the Camels.
