ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Lou Regen picked up her seventh straight win and Campbell defeated UNC Asheville, 5-2, Sunday afternoon at the Asheville Racquet Club.
Campbell (12-7, 6-2) picked up its fourth consecutive win as four different Camels claimed singles wins to improve their respective win streaks.
Lou Regen paces the streaky Camels with a 4-6, 7-5, 6-2 win over Emily Sidor at No. 3 for her seventh straight win. At No. 3, Regen sports a 12-4 mark as a part of a 13-5 overall record. The Sweden native has posted a 6-2 mark at No. 3 where she ranks second in the Big South in both overall singles results and conference play alone.
Alexandra Nicoara picked up her third win in a row with a 6-2, 7-5 decision over Christin Louw at No. 4. She now holds a 6-6 mark at No. 4 on the season and a 4-3 mark in Big South play. Over her last 10 matches, she has posted a 7-3 mark as well.
Georgina Segarra picked up her eighth win of the season at No. 6 and notched her third straight with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Alamie Davidsen. With the win, she has now won eight of her past ten matchups including a 6-2 mark in conference play as a part of her 11-5 overall record.
Alexandra Andrivot picked up her second consecutive win with a 6-4, 6-7, 6-3 win at No. 2 as a part of Campbell's four singles wins. She now sports a 7-5 record at No. 2 and sits at 4-4 in conference action.
Two Campbell doubles pairs picked up their fourth straight wins on Sunday as well.

Georgina Segarra picked up their fourth straight with a 6-0 victroy at No. 2 to improve their record to 12-5 at No. 2 and a 13-5 mark overall. In conference action, the pair has posted a 5-3 mark and have won seven of their last 10.
Lea Cutura and
Lou Regen secured their fourth straight win and improved their record to 9-7 on the season with a 6-2 win at No. 2. In conference action, the duo hosts a 6-2 record and hold a 7-3 mark over their last 10.

Isabel Boada helped the Camels claim the doubles sweep with a 6-4 win at No. 1 for their third win in a row. They now hold a 13-5 overall mark including a 5-2 record in Big South action. The pair has won seven of their last 10 and sport an 11-3 mark at No. 1 on the season.
Campbell closes out the regular season on Wednesday as they travel to Charlotte for a 2:00 p.m. start. With no conference matches remaining, Campbell sits in third in the Big South standings with a 6-2 record behind Winthrop and Liberty.
