CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina won the doubles point, then claimed three singles matches to earn a 4-0 victory over Campbell at the Stevens Tennis Complex.
In doubles play, Campbell's
Noe Macquart and
Ted Williams led 6-5 at the third position, but the match was halted after Coastal clinched the top two contests.
Nationally-ranked
Bastien Huon of Coastal, who spent the last two seasons at Campbell before transferring as a graduate, claimed a 6-2, 6-3 win over
Benjamin Niv at the top spot.
Coastal also won at the third and fourth singles positions. The remaining matches were halted when the dual score was determined.
Campbell (0-10) concludes its regular season Apr. 10 at home vs. Longwood.
