JACKSONVILLE, FLA. - Hailey Huston Myles narrowly missed out on qualifying for the NCAA Championships in the triple jump as Campbell track & field concluded competition at the NCAA East Preliminary on Jax Track at Hodges Stadium.

Myles led the triple jump field after the first two flights completed their attempts behind a personal best mark of 13.03m (42' 9"), finishing 13th overall in the regional event.

Her triple jump mark ranks third all-time in Big South history becoming the first Campbell athlete to clear over 13 meters since school-record holder Sabina Allen did so in 2018.

Campbell will send Athanas Kioko to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore. to compete in the men's 5000 meters, June 9-12.
