Marissa Pennings extended her singles win streak to 10 matches and Campbell won its fifth-straight match with a 4-3 Friday at Radford.
The Camels (10-7, 5-1) remain in second place in the Big South Conference standings heading into Saturday's 12:00 p.m. start at UNC Asheville (11-2, 3-1).
Radford (9-9, 3-3) dropped its third-straight contest.
Pennings and
Abbie Tyler won 6-1 at No. 2 doubles followed by a 6-3 victory by
Rhona Cook and
Mialy Ranaivo at the top position to secure the point.
Pennings downed Melissa Ifidzhen 6-1, 6-2 at the second singles position, while
Sandra Gines and
Abbie Tyler also won in straight sets at the fourth and sixth spots, respectively, to clinch the dual victory.
