Series History
The Camels and Pirates have met 14 times in the series with Campbell holding a 9-5 edge, though only 2-5 at Hampton. The teams met nine times as conference foes from 2019-22 before Hampton joined the CAA, and saw Campbell go 7-2 in those nine meetings. The teams split the most recent meetings in 2022 with each squad defending its home court.

Know Your Opponent
The Pirates carry a 4-10, 0-2 record into Saturday's contest. The Pirates are on a five-game slide, including dropping both of their first two CAA games at Drexel and at Delaware.

Kyrese Mullen leads Hampton in points and rebounds, almost averaging a double-double with 15 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. The 6-7 sophomore already has eight double-doubles on the season. Tedrick Wilcox, Jr. scores 12 ppg as the team's leading three-point shooter.

Hampton is led Edward Joyner Jr., now in his 15th year with the program. The Pirates were picked to finish 13th in the CAA preseason poll.

Last Time Out
Campbell dropped its CAA opener 76-62 at NC A&T. The Camels splased six early three-pointers before a nine-minute scoring drought allowed the Aggies to take command of the game.

Anthony Dell'Orso turned in his third double-double of the year with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Dell'Orso went 8-8 at the foul line and has now converted on his last 25 trips to the stripe.

Looking Ahead
Campbell welcomes Delaware on Jan. 11 for its first home game in the CAA. Fans are encouraged to wear orange to the game and Campbell students will receive a free t-shirt.
