STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Campbell heavyweight Taye Ghadiali earned an 8-3 victory over Ohio State's Nick Feldman at the 2024 NWCA All-Star Classic Saturday night at Penn State's Rec Hall.

Ghadiali, ranked ninth in Intermat's current rankings, and Feldman (No. 3) faced off for the third time in the last two seasons.

In the 2023-24 season, Ghadiali defeated Feldman at the Cliff Keen Invitational, and Feldman responded with a win in the NCAA Championships.

Ghadiali scored a takedown in the first period and again in the third period to score the bulk of his points. He also recorded an escape to begin the third period and was awarded the riding time point with 1:51 accumulated.

Feldman's points came from two escapes and a stall call late in the third period on Ghadiali.

Ghadiali becomes the second Camel wrestler to compete in, and win, at the NWCA All-Star Classic. He joins Nathan Kraisser, who did so during the 2016-17 season.

Ghadiali looks to carry this momentum into his next match against Minnesota on Sunday the 24^th. He is projected to face off against Gable Stevenson in his return to collegiate wrestling.
