CLINTON, S.C. – No. 24 Campbell had an impressive showing Sunday afternoon, defeating Presbyterian 55-0 off the back of four pins at Templeton Gymnasium.
 
The Camels are now 13-3 (7-0 SoCon), and the Blue Hose lost their fifth in a row to move to 3-13 (0-6).
 
The match began at 141, where Wynton Denkins scored a 16-3 major decision over Ryan Luna. Chris Rivera won by forfeit at 149 pounds, as did Anthony Molton at 125.
 
Chris Earnest secured the pin over Dakota Price in just 19 seconds. Dom Baker scored a tech fall against Michael Ramirez in 4:37.
 
The second pin of the afternoon came by way of Riley Augustine against Joshua Williams at 174 pounds. He scored the pin at the 1:12 mark.
 
Caleb Hopkins defeated fellow 184-pounder Caleb Roe with a tech fall in 5:34. That was followed by two more pins: Levi Hopkins over George Hopkins (1:56) and Taye Ghadiali against Morvens Saint Jean (53 seconds).
 
The team dual ended at 133 pounds, when Domenic Zaccone scored a first-period tech fall over Brayden Adams (2:47).
 
Two exhibition matches followed the team dual, and Brant Cracraft scored a 10-0 major decision over Michael Ramirez.
 
UP NEXT
The Camels have their final match of the regular season on Saturday when they travel to Virginia to take on VMI. The match is set to begin at 5:00 p.m.
