HAMPTON, VA. – Campbell saw two more school records fall, while
Angelica Ragazzoni earned a historical medal at the 2024 CAA Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday at the Hampton Aquaplex.
In Campbell's first trip to the CAA Swimming and Diving Championships, Ragazzoni became the first Camel to medal, finishing runner-up in the 100 backstroke with a school record time of 54.22.

Laura Lopez also took fourth in the event with a time of 55.19.
Ragazzoni and Lopez helped add another school record to the books later in the 200 free relay, along with teammates
Meredith Ashburn and
Elishka Hajek, setting a new program mark of 1:32.14.
Campbell's
Piper Burton also finished 10
th in the 100 breaststroke on a time of 1:03.86, just ahead of teammate
Kellie Knotts' at 1:04.26.
Campbell remains in seventh place with one day remaining with 363 points, just behind Drexel's 417. UNCW leads the team race with 940.5 points, followed by Delaware's 842.5. William & Mary sits third with 742.5, followed by Northeastern (703.5) and Towson (747). Stony Brook (219) and Monmouth (193) round out the team standings.
UNCW also leads the men's standings with 620.5 points.
