2009: Weekend starter for the Fighting Camel pitching staff... Tied for the team lead in appearances with 19 and led the team with six victories on the mound.  Started in nine contests, registered 66.1 innings, earned an ERA of 6.78... Struck out 54 while only walking 31... Only weekend starter to hold opponents under a .300 batting clip (.293)... Pitched seven innings while only giving up two hits, one earned run while striking out ten in a 5-10 loss at Jacksonville on April 18.

Redlands CC:  Named to 2008 NJCAA All-Region 2 First Team... Played two seasons for Redlands, posted a 10-0 record his sophomore season with a 3.76 ERA and 51 strikeouts. 

Prep (Elgin HS):  Was a four year letter winner and 2005 graduate of Elgin High School in Elgin, Okla... Earned the Elgin Owls pitcher of the year award during his junior and senior seasons... Helped lead the Owls to a 20-12 record and a district championship during his senior campaign, earning him Honorable Mention All-State accolades... Holds the Elgin HS single season strikeout record (140) and career strikeout record (250)... Also played four years of basketball (2005 defensive player of the year), and was a member of the football and cross country teams.
