Finished 6-7 on the year, 3-3 in duals, and 0-1 in SoCon action… His lone SoCon contest was a 7-1 decision loss to Tyler Buckiso (The Citadel, 2/5)… He picked up three decisions at the Southern Scuffle… A 4-3 result over Sam Krivus (Virginia, 1/1-2), 4-3 over Chris Yankovwich (Virginia, 1/1-2) and a 10-5 win over RJ Labeef (Cleveland State, 1/1-2)… He tallied three wins in his first four matches of the year… A 2-0 decision over Cullen Cummings (Ohio, 11/6), a 10-4 win over Mike Racciato (Pitt, 11/6), and a 4-2 win over Mike Bartolo (Clarion, 11/13)…Â
2015-16 (Redshirt Freshman):
Finished the season with an 11-17 overall mark … Went 2-9 in duals and 2-3 against SoCon opponents … Tallied four decisions and major decisions as well as two tech falls and a pin … Participated in the Navy Classic, Reno Tournament of Champions, Southern Scuffle, and the SoCon Championships … Claimed a 4th place finish at the Navy Classic … Recorded his fall in 4:43 over John Kenyon (USNA) at the Navy Classic … Collected his first collegiate dual win over VMI’s Hunter Starner in a 6-3 decision in Lynchburg, Virginia …Â
