Biography

2017 (Freshman):
Played in 18 games for the Camels, starting in all but one... Had one goal on the year, the game-winner versus Charleston Southern (10/11)... Registered five shots, including two on frame... Key player in the Campbell defensive line that shutout nine opponents on the year... Helped to hold opponents to only 18 goals on the year, the fewest conceded in a season since 1995... Played 1432 minutes as a freshman. 

Prep/Personal:
Attended Cherokee High School where she played under head coach Andrew Clapperton… Played as a center midfielder for three seasons, tallying 16 goals and 14 assists… Moved to center back as a senior… Earned first team all-conference and first team all-South Jersey honors as a senior… Selected to the NJSCA South Jersey top 20 team in 2016… Played club soccer with the New Jersey Rush… Served as the captain of the Rush every year beginning in eighth grade… Helped lead the team to a state championship in 2014 and a semifinal appearance in 2015… Daughter of Paul and Jennifer Koester... Has one sister, Ashley, who plays soccer at Montclair University... Plans to major in nursing.
