2017-18: Named to the NWCA Division I All-Academic team…Named to the Academic All-SoCon team…Also named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll…The SoCon runner-up at 174 pounds, falling 3-2 to Appalachian State's Forrest Przybysz for the conference title bout…Topped VMI's Cade Kiely with a pin (3:33) in round one, then, as the No. 3 seed, took down No. 2 seed Justin Lampe from Chattanooga in overtime, advancing to the finals with a 3-1 decision…Ranked No. 31 in the nation at 174 pounds by the NCAA coaches panel heading into the SoCon Championships…Went 20-10 on the season with a 4-2 SoCon record…Added as an alternate for the NCAA Championships, but did not see action…
2016-17: Finished with a 17-7 record on the year… He picked up three wins by fall and four by major decision… His fastest fall came at 3:00 against Kimball Bastian (Utah Valley, 1/1)… He also picked up a fall at 3:56 over Tommy Chisholm (Northern Colorado, 1/1) and Fox Baldwin (Virginia, 11/20) at 6:33… He picked up three major decision wins on Nov. 20, 2016, taking a 13-1 win over Brendan Burnham (Maryland), a 14-2 win over Joe Salvi (American) and an 8-0 win over Dean Drugac (Old Dominion)… He went 7-1 on December 18, 2016 at the Reno Tournament of Champions…
