Campbell University Strength & Conditioning Philosophy

The Campbell University Strength & Conditioning Department strives to be lifelong learners so that we can bring our student-athletes the most up to date and scientifically proven comprehensive training programs. Our student-athletes train using a variety of strength training techniques, with a primary emphasis on Olympic Weight Lifting, Powerlifting, Functional Movement training, Plyometric training and Flexibility.

The Strength & Conditioning Department has three main goals when working with Campbell Student-athletes: Increase athleticism, decrease the likelihood of injury and increase mental and physical toughness.
