Started all 18 games he played while scoring once (vs. Marshall) and adding a pair of assists...  Assisted on game-winning goal at UNC Asheville and also set up CU’s 2nd strike in win over Gardner-Webb...  Has totaled 14 points (4G, 6A) in 35 career games (all starts) at CU... Suffered torn ACL in A-Sun semifinal win over Florida Atlantic... 

2004:  Named to Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshman Team… Finished third on the team in scoring with 10 points (3G, 4A)… Named A-Sun Offensive Player of the Week (10/11) after scoring three times and assisting on one other goal in a pair of CU victories over A-Sun schools… Assisted on K.K. Lima’s game-winner and scored CU’s third goal in 3-0 victory over Stetson (10/7)… Scored both goals in 2-1 victory over Jacksonville (10/9) two days later… First carer point came on assist in CU’s home opener vs. UNC Wilmington (9/4)… Assisted on both goals in 2-1 OT win over High Point on Parents’ Day (10/23)… Played summer of 2004 with West Michigan Edge (USL PDL U-23)…

2003:  Sat out as a medical red-shirt after suffering knee injury during pre-season… Spent summer of 2003 playing with West Michigan Edge of the USL PDL (U-23)…

Prep/Personal: Alex Bruemmer tallied 83 goals and assisted on 57 others in his three-year career at Mattawan High School… Twice named all-state… Notched 33 goals and 15 assists as a senior, when he also won all-conference, all-district and All-Courier honors for the third-consecutive season… Two-time all-region pick….
