Prep/Personal:  Jared Girard was an all-state performer as a senior after leading Green Hope to 2009 state 4-A runner-up finish... Also named Tri-9 Conference player of the year as a senior when he scored 14 goals an assisted on 7 others... Helped lead Green Hope to state semifinal round in both '07 and '08... Captained CASL Chelsea USSF U-18 Academy team, where he was coached by former CU standout Rusty Scarborough... Member of top-ranked club team in the country... Participated in 2007 SYL National camp... Led his club to a pair of state cup titles, plus 2007 and 2008 Disney Showcase championships and '08 US Developmental Academy Conference title... Participated with CASL Chelsea in USSF Academy play-offs...
