Hill joined the Fighting Camels in August of 2022 after spending a year as an assistant coach at Kennesaw State University. Prior to that, she was an assistant coach for three years at Radford. Over the last four years she has coached several Big South and Atlantic Sun all-conference and all-freshman winners.

Hill still holds several records at the University of Southern Mississippi where she played softball from 2007 to 2010. She holds the record for most HRs, 3Bs, hits, RBIs, runs, TBs, BBs, and OBP. She earned C-USA's newcomer of the year, second team all-conference three times, first team all-conference once, and Southern Miss student-athlete of the year her senior year. She graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2010.Â

She received her Master of Art in teaching degree at the University of West Georgia where she spent time as a volunteer assistant softball coach. While at West Georgia, she was an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Hill also spent time coaching softball at East Central Community College in Mississippi and Georgia Southern University.Â

Hill is currently working towards her MBA.Â
