Indoor- Competed at three meets during indoor season... Earned third-place and set personal best in the long jump with a mark of 5.88m (19' 3.5") at the Big South Indoor Championships... Finished fourth in the triple jump at the Big South Championships with personal best mark of 11.56m... Outdoor- Qualified for NCAA East Preliminaries in long jump, posting personal best mark of 6.14m (20' 1.75") to finish 14th overall... Helped 4x100m relay team earn second (45.60) and 4x400m relay team earn third (3:47.97) at Big South Championships... Also finished second in long jump (6.03m / 19' 9.5") at Big South Championships... 

2022 (Junior)
Indoor- Competed in four indoor meets... Set two personal indoor records at the Liberty Open with 5.75m (18’ 10.5”) in the Long Jump finishing second and a time of 26.25 in the 200m.... Outdoor- Competed at six meets during outdoor season... Set two personal records with 11.96m (39’ 3”) in the Triple Jump and a time of 12.16 in the 100m at the North Florida Outdoor Invitational... Set a personal record with a 7.76 in the 60m Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Placed first with a time of 12.27 in the 100m at the VertKlasse Meeting....

2021 (Sophomore)
Indoor- Competed at three meets... Outdoor- Set a personal record of 11.20m (36' 9") at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the triple jump

2019-20 (Freshman)
Indoor- Competed at five meets this season running in the 60m and 200m and competing in several long jump and triple jump events... Earned a fifth-place finish in the long jump at the Big South Championships, setting a personal best mark of 5.61m (18' 5")...

• Named the Gatorade Track & Field High School Athlete of the Year for the state of Delaware
• Also named as the 2018-2019 Delaware state indoor track & field MVP and women’s athlete of the year
• Set personal records of 19’ 6.5” in the long jump, 38’ 1” in the triple jump, and a 12.07 time in the 100m at Caesar Rodney High School in Camden, Del. under coaches Mike Tucci and Dwayne Wilson
