Outdoor - Competed at five meets... Took fourth in the 400m at the Vertklasse with time of 48.41... Set Campbell personal best 200m time of 22.04 at the Big South Championships... Indoor - Competed at four meets... Helped 4x400m relay take seventh at the Clemson Invite with time of 3:13.99... Set personal best 400m time of 48.35 at the Big South Championships...

2022 (Freshman at Delaware State)
Outdoor - Opened outdoor season at the UMW Opener, helping 4x100m relay team take first with time of 41.90, 4x400m relay finish second with time of 3:28.04, finishing second in the 200m with time of 22.13 and fifth in the 100m behind personal best time of 11.31... Part of 4x400m relay that took second at the Towson Invitational behind time of 3:18.24... Helped 4x400m relay take first at the DSU Sting Invite with time of 3:19.38 while also taking second in the 400m (49.70) and third in the 200m (22.62)... Set personal bests in the 200m with time of 21.96 and the 400m with time of 48.39 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet... Assisted 4x400m relay take second at the MEAC Championships with time of 3:11.78... Indoor - Finished third in the 200m with time of 22.26 and set personal best 60m time of 7.14 to open the season at the Fastrack Season Opener... Helped 4x400m relay take third at the Villanova Invitational with time of 3:18.40... Helped 4x400m relay finish first at the UMES Invite/Combined with time of 3:25.79 while also finishing second in the 200m with time of 22.45... Part of 4x400m relay that finished fourth at the MEAC Indoor Championships with time of 3:15.26... 


Prep/Personal

• Transferred to Campbell ahead of the 2023 season from Delaware State
• Competes in sprints, specifically 200m and 400m
• Attended Ocean Lakes HS in Virginia Beach, Va., competing on the track team under head coach Ashton Thoroughgood
• Set records of 49.63 in the 400m and 34.71 in the 300m at Ocean Lakes
• 2021 6A State Champion in the 300m
• 8x 6A All-State performer
• Named team MVP for indoor and outdoor seasons at Ocean Lakes in 2020 & 2021
• Named team captain in 2020 and 2021
• Also played football in high school
• 4x honor roll student, received academic letter in 2019 and 2021
• Hobbies include reading and listening to music
• Pre-meet rituals include putting his left spike on first and his right spike on second and listening to Crazy Story 2 by King Von and Durk
• Decided to attend Campbell because "Coach Givens and his view of the future for the program."
• Plans to major in mechanical engineering
