2019-20 Indoor Track & Field

• Competed at three events, setting personal bests in the 800m and mile

• Set new 4K personal record (16:21.5) at the Elon Opener
• Ran the 5K at three separate meets, running her second-best time of her career (20:14.1) at the Louisville Classic

2018-19 Outdoor Track & Field

• Competed in the 1500m at five different meets, setting a personal best at the Duke Invitational with a time of 5:06.03

• Topped her previous personal best in the mile with a 5:34.88 time at the Big South Indoor T&F Championships
• Also competed in the 3000m at the Gene Anderson Invitational, finishing fourth in the event

• Posted a personal best time of 16:42.3 in the 4K
• Competed in the 5K at three separate events, posting a season-best time of 20:14.8 at the Upstate Invitational

2017-18 Outdoor Track & Field

• Competed in the 1500m at the Big South Championships and the Liberty Twilight Qualifier
• Set a personal 1500m record at the Duke Invitational with a time of 5:09.06. 

• Ran her fastest mile (5:35.10) at the Camel City Invitational
• Also competed in the mile at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational

• Ran in all six meets for the Camels in 2017
• Ran a personal best 5K of 19:44.4 at the Upstate Invitational to place 58th
• Also set a lifetime best of 24:23.4 at the 6K distance at the adidas D1 Pre-Nationals
• Ran a time of 20:34.9 to place 40th at the Big South Championship at Liberty

2016-17 Outdoor Track & Field

• Primarily competed in the 3000m and the 5000m
• Ran her quickest 5000m at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting in 19:56.71

2016-17 Indoor Track & Field

• Set a personal best in the 3000m (11:18.61) at the UCS Invitational
• Started a collegiate indoor career at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open, competing in the 3000m

2016-17 Cross Country

• Competed in five meets for the Camels
• Improved on her 5K time in every meet, finishing the season with a mark of 20:20.3 at the Three-Stripe Invitational
