- Ran personal best 1500m time of 4:10.84 at HPU Vertklasse Meeting
2020-21 Indoor (Junior at UNC Greensboro)
- Finished 12th in the 800m at the Camel City Invite
- Ran personal best 800m time of 1:57.29 at SoCon Indoor Championships
2019-20 Outdoor (Sophomore at UNC Greensboro)
- Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic

- Ran a 400m PR of 54.90 at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge
- Helped the Spartans take a runner-up spot in the JDL January College Kick-Off 4x800m with a time of 8:03.10
- Finished fifth in the Mondo College Invitational Mile with a time of 4:37.10

- Opened the season with a 21:01.1 in the 6K while running at the adidas XC Challenge
- Turned in a pace of 27:52.0 while competing in the ECU Pirate XC Invitational 8K
2018-19 Outdoor (Freshman at UNC Greensboro)
- Ran a leg of the 4x400m in the Wendy's Seahawk Invitiational, where the Spartans finished in a time of 3:32.47 for a third-place finish
- Crossed the finish line in a season-best time of 2:00.16 while competing in the VertKlasse 800m
2018-19 Indoor (Freshman at UNC Greensboro)
- Made individual debut at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup, running a 54.90 in the 400m

- Ran a 23:42.8 over 3.73 miles in the Elon Opener (8.31), making his collegiate debut.

- Lettered six times in cross country and track at Mount Carmel Area High School in Kulpmont, Pennsylvania
- Named to the All-District, Area, and Conference teams
- Was a part of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association State Championship Meet qualifying 4x800-meter relay team that set the school record
- Owned a personal-best of 1:58.34 in the 800-meter, ranking second-best in school history
- Also wrestled and played baseball
