Daryl Coss joined the Camels staff in Fall 2024 after a playing career at Loyola University Maryland.
I am very excited about having Daryl join our program," Easley said. "The experience she brings will help our program continue to move forward in order to accomplish our goals in a new conference. Her enthusiasm for the game and the players is contagious. I am thrilled for our program to learn from her."
During her time at Loyola, Coss's teams had an overall record of 72-13, including a 6-4 record in NCAA Tournament games with two quarterfinal finishes, losing to runner-up Boston College in 2022 and national champions Northwestern in 2023. Coss helped Loyola win four consecutive Patriot League Championships, finishing with a perfect 40-0 league record while achieving a highest national ranking of No. 4 in the country.Â
Coss was named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll three times and was five-time Patriot League Academic Honor Roll awardee. She earned a Masters Degree in Communications from Loyola in 2023.
Coss has continued her playing career as a current member of the Philippines National Women's Lacrosse team, which took the Bronze Medal at the 2025 Asia Pacific Championship and will represent the country at the 2026 World Lacrosse Championship in Tokyo.
