Lauren Ednie joined Campbell as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach in July 2022. Ednie enters her second season on staff with Campbell ahead of the 2024 season.
“I am very excited about Lauren joining our staff,” said head coach Dawn Easley. “It was clear to me from our first phone call that she is enthusiastic about taking Campbell Lacrosse to the next level.
In her first season as an assistant, Ednie helped lead the Camels to new heights. Ednie joined the Camels after spending 2022 at Wofford, helping the Terriers to their winningest season in program history, and their first as Big South Conference members.
“Lauren’s success at Wagner and experience with lacrosse at the international level gives her the ability to really bring a new dynamic to our team,” added Easley. “Her connections with recruiting will prove to be an exceptional asset I am excited about. Lauren is passionate about coaching our players and developing her abilities.”
Ednie came to Wofford after serving as a head coach and director of girls’ youth lacrosse programming at Building Blocks Lacrosse, one of the most elite travel team programs in New Jersey.
