Biography

2005:  Named to Academic All-District® 3 Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA)… Also earned a spot on Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team for third-straight year… Played in 14 matches with 13 starts before suffering season-ending injury… Scored twice while adding three assists… Scored against Old Dominion (8/29) and in win over Belmont (9/29)… Her corner kick set up Allie Frakes’ game-tying goal in eventual OT win against Winthrop (9/9)… Dealt a career-high two assists in 2-1 win at Stetson (9/24), setting up both goals vs. the Hatters… Made first career start in season-opening win vs. Longwood (8/26)…

 

2004: Tied a Campbell record by playing in all 21 matches for the Camels during the 2004 campaign… Earned the Eric Brodin Award for Academic Excellence and received Atlantic Sun All-Academic honors…Tallied two goals and two assists for six points… Scored the first goal of her career in CU’s 5-0 homecoming victory over Troy(10/2) two days after tallying her first point assisting Tracy Taddonio’s match winner against Longwood (9/30), also assisted on Lin Bunce’s goal against Lipscomb (10/7) capping a streak of three consecutive matches recording a point… Scored a road goal to draw the Lady Camels level against Stetson (10/21)…  
 

2003: Played in 16 matches as a freshman … Selected to A-Sun All-Academic Team … Attempted three shots on the season …
 

Prep/Personal: Christina Lynn Candeloro led the Gators to two provincial championships in her four seasons ...  Served as team captain her senior year … Named Rookie-of-the-Year as a freshman … Member of the St. Catherine’s Jets club program … Also lettered in cross-country, earning team MVP honors as a senior … Pharmacy major … Carried a 3.9 grade-point average in her undergraduate work in pre-pharmacy… Now pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree... Entered Campbell with the Scott-Ellis Academic Scholarship and also is a recipient of the Pharmacy Dean’s List scholarship… Daughter of John and Berni Candeloro… Born April 29, 1985 in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
