2005:  A first-team All-Atlantic Sun Conference and A-Sun All-Academic Team member… Named to all-state team by North Carolina Collegiate Sports Information Association… Started all 19 matches and tied for second on team with 8 points on 2 goals and 4 assists… Named A-Sun Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 3 after setting up goals in wins over Belmont (9/29) and Lipscomb (10/1) and runner her personal points streak to five matches... Scored twice at East Carolina (9/16)… Set up game-winning goal in 1-0 decision at Mercer (9/22)… Also had assist on game winner at Stetson (9/24)…

2004:  Equaled CU record by playing in 21 matches, 20 as a starter placing her in the top-10 in Campbell history… Helped team to A-Sun Championship and berth in NCAA College Cup tournament… Named to the A-Sun All-Academic team for a second straight year… First points as a Camel came in season opener against N.C. State (8/27) when she assisted the match-tying goal… Scored first career goal against Lipscomb (10/7) after she already assisted on Kathryn Saunders’ game-winner…

2003: Played in all 19 matches as a freshman … Started four of the final five matches for the Camels … Attempted four shots on goal … A-Sun All-Academic Team Member …

Prep/Personal:  Mary Anthony Nitz was a four-year letter winner under head coach Dennis Allen … Selected team captain in each of her four seasons … Received leadership award as a sophomore … A product of the ’85 Greensboro Twister White club program … Her sister, Christine, was a member of the Fighting Camel program from 2000-03 and started all 70 matches in defense during her career… Also lettered in cross country and track…State champion in cross-country and three-time all-state runner… Set state independent school record for 3200-meter relay in track and field... Trust management major … Daughter of Tony and Carrie Nitz… Born Jan. 19, 1985.
