2018-19 (Freshman): Competed in the 1000 free, 1650 free, 50 fly, 100 fly and 200 fly and at the CCSA Championships… Posted a personal-best 100 fly time of 58.86 at the conference meet… Earned a 10th-place finish in the Liberty Invitational 200 fly finals with a personal record of 2:07.95… Swam a season-best 5:23.67 in the 500 free at the Liberty Invitational.

Prep: A four-year letter winner for the Patriots of Lake Brantley High School… Four-time conference, district and regional finalist in the 200 free, 100 fly and 500 free… Helped the Patriots claim a district championship in 2015… Named a Florida All-Star Team member… Coached by Mike Curley and Clay Parnell… Competed in club swimming with Patriot Aquatics (2005-16) and Highlander Aquatics (2017-18).

Personal: Born August 31, 2000… Daughter of Colleen and Don Palmer… Sister of Justin and Dylan… Majoring in criminal justice with a homeland security concentration and a pre-law track… Plans to attend law school after her time at Campbell and then pursue a career as a federal criminal profiler.
