2017: Appeared in 56 contests with 55 starts as a freshman… Compiled a team-high .335 batting average that ranked seventh in the Big South… Led the league and ranked 22nd nationally in doubles with 22… Finished second in the league for hits (76), bases (120) and sacrifice flies (5)… Drove-in 48 RBI and hit eight homers, which both stood second on the team… Went to the plate a team-high 227 times… Was 7-for-11 in stolen base attempts… Had 20 multi-hit games including three four-hit performances… Tallied four hits, including two home runs, and five RBI in a win at Virginia Tech (3/28)… Went 4-for-5 against Duke (4/12) with a double and two stolen bases… Batted .727 (8-for-11) with three doubles, a homer and two RBI in the weekend series against Ohio State (3/3 - 3/5)… Went 3-for-3 with three doubles in a 7-2 win over Virginia Tech (5/2)… Hit safely in eight-straight games from April 8-21… Named Big South Freshman of the Week thrice and picked up the league’s player of the week nod on March 6.  Â
