2023-24: Had a 14-14 overall record, highlighted by a 5-2 record in SoCon duals ... Named SoCon Wrestler of the Week (12/20) after going 3-0 at the Fighting Camel Duals, which included a win over #9 Kellyn March (NDSU) ... Also had a ranked win over #31 Zach Price from Gardner-Webb ... Went 2-2 at the SoCon Championships.

2022-23: Did not compete this season.  

2021-22: Went 9-1 on the season, wrestling unattached…Won the 149 pound title in the freshman/sophomore division at the Southeast Open, going 5-0 with a 7-2 decision over Davidson's Garrett Stewart in the championship round, adding a 22-7 (4:37) tech fall over Will Kennedy from Roanoke College…Also finished runner-up at the Wolfpack Open, going 4-1 with three bonus wins, including a pin over King’s Demetri Teddlie (3:20)…

2020-21: Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team…Went 4-0 overall on the season and 2-0 in two dual appearances, both in SoCon action…Defeated Gardner-Webb’s Trevon Majette 3-2 in his dual debut…Also topped Davidson’s Gavin Damasco 4-2 in extra time in CU’s shutout win over the Wildcats… Added a pair of tech fall wins in extra matches…

Prep/Personal: Ranked No. 48 overall in the class of 2020, also ranking No. 8 by Intermat and No. 11 by FloWrestling at 145 pounds…A two-time Florida state champion and four-time placer…Claimed his second state championship as a senior, going 43-4 on the year…Also claimed a Doc Buchanan title, and reached the Super 32 finals…Posted a 44-1 record as a freshman on the way to his first state title…Went 41-5 as a junior, finishing as state runner-up, adding a Doc Buchanan runner-up and a third place Super 32 showing…Placed third in the state as a sophomore, going 42-1…Also an Ironman and Beast of the East place winner…Helped lead Lake Highland to back to back state championships in 2019 and 2020…Coached by Mike Palazzo and Brandon Scott…Full name is Justin Michael Rivera…Born May 20, 2001…Son of Miguel and Angelica Rivera…Has two brothers, Justin and Miguel…Twin brother, Chris, is also a member of Campbell’s wrestling team…Plans a kinesiology major at Campbell…
