Abigail Weisler MS, LAT, ATC joined the Campbell University Sports Medicine Department in the summer of 2022. She primarily works with the women's lacrosse program.
Weisler comes to CU from Texas State University where she worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer from the fall of 2020 to the spring of 2022. Her primary coverage while at Texas State was with the women’s soccer program. In the summer of 2019, Weisler was selected for a research internship at the University of Delaware where she focused on clinical trials related to the ankle.
Weisler earned her master of science with a concentration in advanced health and rehabilitation sciences from Texas State in 2022 and her bachelor's in athletic training from Methodist University in 2020. While at MU she completed multiple clinical experiences with varying sports programs and health care facilities.
Weisler is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
