Abigail Harrison (formerly Weisler) joined the Campbell University Sports Medicine Department in the summer of 2022 and transitioned to the Asst AD for Sports Medicine role in the Summer of 2025.
Harrison comes to CU from Texas State University, where she primarily worked with the women's soccer program. She has also spent time working with the Texas Charter School Championships and volunteering with athletes in action for summer ministry trips.
Harrison earned her MS with a concentration in advanced health and rehabilitation sciences from Texas State and her BS in athletic training from Methodist University. While at MU she completed multiple clinical experiences with varying programs, including a stint as a research intern at the University of Delaware developing various clinical trials.
Harrison is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, licensed by the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainers, and certified in dry needling.
