BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Michael Paez drove in four, including a three-run homer in the seventh to lead No. 25 Coastal Carolina over Campbell 11-3 in the regular season finale for both teams Saturday at Jim Perry Stadium.

The Chanticleers (35-18, 17-7 Big South) took game three of the series after Campbell (31-23, 12-12 Big South) picked up 10-9 and 5-2 wins in the first two games of the set.

Paez went 2-for-5, blasting his seventh home run of the season in the top of the seventh to make it 10-3 CCU. The sophomore also knocked in one in the second on a RBI fielder's choice.

G.K. Young also drive in a pair, including a RBI single in the first for one of Coastal's two first inning runs. His sacrifice fly in the second scored another, as the Chanticleers piled on five runs in the game's first two frames.

Anthony Marks scored three times in the win, going 2-for-4 with two walks, leading off the game with a bunt single and scoring on a Campbell error.

Cedric Mullins paced Campbell with a 2-for-3 outing, scoring twice. Mullins, a junior centerfielder, doubled to lead off the bottom of the first, scoring on Kyle Leady's RBI single. Mullins singled in the third, scoring on Cole Hallum's two-run double.

Leady went 3-for-3, knocking in and scoring one apiece. Hallum was 1-for-3 with the two-run double for the Camels.

Zack Hopeck (3-2) picked up the win in relief for Coastal, working four innings while allowing one hit. CCU starter Tyler Poole pitched three innings, allowing three runs on six hits with two strikeouts and a walk. Tom Durkin struck out and walked one with a hit in two innings.

Matt Meyer (0-2) took the loss for Campbell, allowing five runs, two earned, on two hits with a strikeout and four walks. Campbell issued a season-high 10 walks in the game.

The Camels will begin play in the 2015 Big South Championship on Tuesday, May 19. The tournament will be hosted by Gardner-Webb in Boiling Springs, N.C., running May 19-23.

Campbell will be the No. 6 seed in the tournament, taking on No. 3 seed Winthrop.
