PRINCESS ANNE, Md. --- Jessica Stocking and
Allena Heath combined for 22 kills to lead Campbell to a 3-0 sweep (25-13, 25-14, 25-19) of Delaware State in the Camels' second game at the Henson's Hawk Invitational hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore.

Stocking put down a match-high 12 kills for the Camels (9-4) while Heath tallied 10 and barely missed a double-double with a team-high nine digs.
Kayla Schanback dug-out eight balls while
Summer Schuitema dished out 15 assists.

Campbell scored five-straight points to take a 10-2 lead in the opening set. It was a commanding 16-5 advantage after a bad set for the Hornets (0-13) before CU took its largest lead with set point at 24-10. DSU fought it off three times but a Hornet serving error closed it out for Campbell.Â

An early 4-0 run, matched with five-straight points, helped Campbell take a 13-6 advantage midway through the second set. The Hornets drew back within 15-10 before CU used a 3-0 run to lead 20-12.

Delaware State cut the deficit to 21-14 before the Camels closed out the frame with four unanswered points. Stocking had three-straight service aces in the final run.

It was a narrow 8-6 lead for Campbell in the third before Stocking capped a 5-0 Campbell run with a kill that put CU ahead 13-6. Later,
Grayson Hall gave the Camels match point with a kill before DSU tallied three-straight points. In the final rally,
Madee Miner set up Heath for a big kill to close out the sweep for the Camels.

All 14 Camels saw action in the match.
Madison Linxwiler tallied six kills with a pair of blocks while Miner finished with eight assists.
Alysha Mitchell put down a pair of kills and Airlyn Maier put a dig in the stat sheet.

Kiera Holtzclaw led Delaware State with eight kills while Sabina Szmajduch registered six kills. Alliyah McBean tallied a match-high 12 digs while Gabriella Enriquez dished out 22 assists.

The Camels will have a quick turnaround and take on UMES at 6 p.m. to close out the tournament in their final non-conference match of the season. Â Â
