Tuelle led the way for the Camels with 14 points to pair with 10 boards for her first career double-double.
Kianna Speight added 12 points for her third double-digit outing of the year while Barber posted an additional 10 for the Camels (2-2).
Speight ended the Eagles run with a layup at the 2:50 mark to make it 61-56.
Luana Serranho then hit her lone triple of the night followed by a pair of free throws from Barber to cut the lead to one, 61-60, with 55 tics remaining, however, the Camels could not get any closer.
In a game that featured 16 lead changes, Central won the paint battle 32-20 as well as the advantage in second chance points 11-2.
The Camels were able to force 11 turnovers for nine points and get out an run for 14 fast break points to the Eagles' two.
