BUIES CREEK, N.C. -  Kayla Fredendall hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the eighth inning as Campbell topped Radford 3-2 Friday night at Amanda Littlejohn Stadium.

Tied 2-2 with no outs in the eighth, Fredendall (1-for-3, 1 RBI, 1 run, 1 BB) belted a 1-2 pitch over the right center wall for her second home run in two games and her 13th of the season.

Megan Richards (14-11) picked up the win by going eight complete frames where she allowed two runs, both earned, across six hits while striking out six.

Bri Bryant (4-for-4, 1 RBI) put the Camels (23-26, 12-9 Big South) on the board first with an RBI double to left center to plate Christa Hall in the second.

Hall reached on a fielder's choice earlier in the inning and then stole second before she was driven in by Bryant.

Radford answered right back in the third with an RBI groundout to make it 1-1.

Claudia Ware notched an RBI double in the bottom half to give her a hit in five straight contest. Her double to left field scored Avery Wheatley from second.

Kynadi Tipler singled through the left side to start the frame before Avery Wheatley replaced her as a pinch runner. Wheatley then swiped second for her perfect 11-for-11 stolen base of the year before Ware drove her in.

Radford answered with the tying run on a solo home run to left field in the sixth inning before Fredendall sealed the win after a scoreless seventh.
