BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Coming off its first win of the season, Campbell (1-1) will hit the road for the first time in 2021, traveling to East Carolina (1-2) on Wednesday. First draw is set for 3:00 p.m. at Johnson Stadium in Greenville, N.C.

Five different Camels scored multiple goals, leading Campbell
over Stetson 15-5 Saturday at Barker-Lane Stadium. Stetson did not score a goal in the run of play, with all five goals coming off free position attempts.
Ally Heath tallied a game-high four points on two goals and two assists for the Camels (1-1), while
Julianna Sanchez tied a school record with 13 draw controls, adding two goals, an assist and three ground balls.
Leading 4-2 at the half, Campbell used a 7-0 run in the second stanza to distance itself from the Hatters, going ahead 12-3 on Lexie McDaniel's first goal of the day with 15:26 on the clock.
Megan Matthews' second goal of the game extended the CU lead to 15-5 with 1:40 remaining.
Camels sweep Big South weekly honors
After a convincing 15-5 win over Stetson, Campbell's
Kennedy Boyle,
Ally Heath and
Julianna Sanchez have
swept the Big South's player of the week awards.
Boyle claimed Big South Defensive Player of the Week honors, while Heath was named Big South Offensive Player of the Week. Sanchez, meanwhile, was named Big South Freshman of the Week.
Leading the Camels
Freshman
Sam Bischoff owns a team-high five goals, matching a team-best with six points, along with Matthews (four goals, two assists). Sanchez and Heath add five points apiece, while
Rasa Welsh, another CU rookie, owns four points on three assists and a goal.
Goalie
Alex Salim anchors the defensive side with a .400 save percentage along with a team-high seven ground balls, while
Annie Ryan has registered three caused turnovers and three ground balls.
Scouting East Carolina
The Pirates are 1-2 on the season, coming off a 15-6 setback at Davidson and a 21-6 loss at No. 13 Virginia last week, opening the year with a 16-14 win over Furman. Megan Tryniski and Megan Pallozzi have combined for 21 points, with Pallozzi adding four ground balls and three caused turnovers.
The Camels lead the series against ECU 2-1, meeting the Pirates for the fourth straight season.
