BOWLING GREEN, KY. – Four Camel golfers were among the top 24 individuals Monday when play was halted by darkness at the Olde Stone Intercollegiate.
Isabella Hahne (73-73—146) was tied for sixth place, while
Sanna Lundmark (73-76—149) was tied for 18th.
Tomita Arejola (76-74—150) and
Patricia Garre Munoz (74-76—150) and
Taylah Ellems tied for 62nd heading into Tuesday's final round.
Only Campbell, co-host Western Kentucky, Santa Clara and South Alabama finished both scheduled rounds on the par-72, 6235-yard Club at Olde Stone layout. Co-host Louisville (+9) was atop the team leaderboard when play was suspended Monday. Sam Houston State (+9), Indiana (+15), Notre Dame (+16), Kennesaw State (+17) and Campbell (+19) rounded out the top six in the 15-team event.
Carmen Griffiths of Louisville (-3) was the lone individual in red numbers in the 72-golfer field Monday evening.
Second round play is scheduled to resume at 8:30 (CDT) Tuesday with the final round to follow immediately.
