RALEIGH, N.C. –
Fanni Gronlund tied for 12th on the individual leader board and Campbell finished 10th in the team standings following Tuesday's final round of the City of Oaks Collegiate, hosted by NC State at Lonnie Poole Golf Club.
Host and 44th-ranked NC State (296-286-306—888) won the team title by 13 strokes over runner-up Rutgers (305-292-304—901). Coastal Carolina (302-299-304—905) was third and East Carolina fourth (302-301-305—908), while Campbell moved up three spots to 10th (311-316-311—938) on the last day.
Marie Madsen of NC State (74-6872—214) was the only player in the 73-golfer field to finish the event under par (-2) on the 6168-yard Arnold Palmer design. Emily James of Rutgers finished second at four-over 220 (74-70-76).
Gronlund matched her season best finish (T12 at last fall's Clemson Tiger Classic) by finishing at 11-over 227 (76-76-75).

The Course – Lonnie Poole GC (Par 72, 6143 yards): The Lonnie Poole Golf Course, which opened in 2009, is an Arnold Palmer Signature tract and features great variety, with low lying areas as well as fairways with rolling hills. Several areas of the course provide views of downtown Raleigh as well as the NC State campus. The course features three types of character - flat, wetlands, and trees – and includes eight par four holes, five par five layouts and five par three holes. Campbell most recently competed at Lonnie Poole in the 2025 City of Oaks Collegiate and the 2023 NCAA Raleigh Regional. CU also advanced to the 2015 NCAA Championship from the Raleigh Regional site.
