BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Four Campbell University golfers were named to All-America Scholar by the Women's Golf Coaches Association.
Tomita Arejola,
Patricia Garre Munoz,
Sanna Lundmark and
Anna Nordfors were among 1,485 women's collegiate golfers recognized with the honor for the 2021-22 academic year. The criteria for selection to the All-America Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50.

Arejola earned WGCA All-America Scholar honors for the second-straight season. The Big South scholar-athlete of the year, she placed sixth among league stroke average leaders and compiled three top-10 individual finishes while playing all 33 rounds. She fired a collegiate low 68 at the ECU Ironwood Invitational, finished fifth at the Babs Steffens Invitational and Big South Championship and earned all-conference honors for the second-consecutive year.
A native of Quezon City, Philippines, Arejola also earned Big South Presidential Honor Roll recognition for the second-consecutive year. The 2019 NEC freshman and golfer of the year at Fairleigh Dickinson before transferring to Campbell before the 2020-21 season, Arejola will pursue graduate studies in 2022-23 after earning her degree in psychology in May.
Garre Munoz, who is a double major in management and sport management, earned Big South Presidential Honor Roll status for the third-straight year and repeated as a WGCA All-America Scholar. She finished ninth among Big South golfers with a 75.85 stroke average and clinched the winning point in the conference match play championship.
She compiled six top-20 finishes in 2021-22, including a T10 at the Babs Steffens Invitational. She was named to the all-conference second team and competed in all 33 rounds for the Camels in the '21-22 season.
A sophomore from Skellefea, Sweden, Lundmark earned WGCA All-America Scholar Honors for the second-straight year. She compiled a 74.67 scoring average while playing in all 11 events and added Big South Presidential Honor Roll recognition for the second year in a row.
A management major, Lundmark was a second-team all-conference selection who finished among the top 20 four times. She was runner-up at the Babs Steffens Invitational and finished fifth at the Briar's Creek Invitational, where she matched her collegiate low in the final round.
Nordfors added WGCA All-America Scholar recognition to Big South stroke play medalist honors in '21-22. The senior from Gothenburg, Sweden finished her CU career with the lowest scoring average (72.935) in the program's history. She finished second in the league with a 72.52 scoring average in '21-22 and had seven top-10 individual finishes.
In addition to winning the 2022 Big South individual title, Nordfors added first-place finishes at the Golfweek Fall Challenge and Babs Steffens Invitational. She fired a collegiate low 66 in the opening round of the Golfweek Fall Challenge at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club in Pawley's Island, S.C.
As a team, the Camels finished with the highest team GPA (3.716) among Campbell's 21 varsity teams for the 2021-22 academic year. All nine players on the team in 2021-22 earned Big South Presidential Honor Roll recognition by compiling at least a 3.0 GPA over two semesters.
Campbell won its sixth-straight Big South team title and earned an NCAA regional berth for the 10th-consecutive season.
