CONWAY, S.C. – Campbell secured the doubles point, then clinched a 7-0 dual match win over Coastal Carolina in the top three singles spots Wednesday at the Stevens Tennis Complex.
Tomas Balazi and
Leon Petko won at the top doubles position, while
Damien Nezar and
Benjamin Maes claimed their sixth-straight victory at number two.
Nezar, Balazi and Steffen claimed straight-sets wins at the top three singles places to secure Campbell's fifth-straight win.
Maes added his sixth-consecutive victory with a super tiebreaker victory at number four, while
Noe Macquart won in straights at number six and
Leon Petko claimed a third set tiebreak at number five.
Campbell (5-3) returns to action Sunday when the Camels host Davidson at 2:00 p.m.
