HIGH POINT, N.C. - High Point jumped out to a 15-2 lead and never looked back in a 63-47 win over Campbell Wednesday night at the Qubein Center.
Skyler Curran led the Panthers (11-12, 9-4) with 16 points while Jordan Edwards added 13 points, eight boards and five assists. High Point made 46.0 percent (23-50) of its shots and forced 20 turnovers.
Erika Joseph and Christabel Ezumah each scored 12 points for Campbell (13-11, 8-5) who dropped consecutive Big South games for the first time this season.
The Panthers led 34-11 at the half and led by as many as 25. Campbell cut the deficit to as few as 10 early in the fourth quarter but couldn't get any closer.
CU made 5-of-20 shots from the floor in the first half but finished shooting 38.6 percent (17-44) from the field and 8-of-23 from three.
Campbell returns home Saturday in a 2 p.m. tip against Gardner-Webb.
