BUIES CREEK, N.C. – After opened the season against the nation's No. 1 team, Campbell faces another top-10 test, traveling to nearby No. 9 North Carolina State on Saturday, January 20. The matchup is set for 1:00 p.m. at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center in Raleigh.

In their dual opener on Monday, Campbell (0-1) fell 7-0 at defending national champion No. 1 North Carolina.
The Tar Heels swept doubles matchups to go up 1-0, with the No. 1 duo of Reese Brantmeier and Elizabeth Scotty defeating
Tamsin Hart and
Mariana Ossa, 6-0. No. 23 Fiona Crawley and Carson Tanguilig also topped CU's
Mialy Ranaivo and
Eeva Ristola, 6-1.
In singles action, No. 28 Reilly Tran edged Campbell's
Lily Chitambar 6-1, 6-3 in her collegiate dual debut, while No. 32 Thea Rabman defeated
Mariana Ossa 6-4, 6-2.
The Wolfpack are 1-0 after blanking SMU 7-0 in their dual opener on Monday. NC State will also take on NC Central on Saturday.
CU will travel to nearby UNC Greensboro (January 28) and Mount Olive (February 3) before making its home debut on February 4, hosting Barton.
