Camels visit Green Bay Saturday

BUIES CREEK - Campbell returns to action for the final of four consecutive road games at Green Bay. Tip-off is set for 1 p.m. ET/12 CT and will be streamed on ESPN+, as well as a radio call on GoCamels.com or The Varsity Network App.  

Series History
The Camels and Phoenix have met four times thanks to a pair of home-and-home series from 1981-83. Campbell won the two home games while Green Bay took both games up north.

Campbell is 3-7 all-time against current Horizon League teams, also having a win over Cleveland State. 

Scouting the Phoenix
Green Bay brings a 2-5 record into the matchup and have faired similarly to Campbell in the MTE, with losses at both Ohio State and Evansville. 

The Phoenix feature one of the nation's premier scorers in Anthony Roy. Roy leads the nation in scoring (28.5), three points attempts (77), and three-pointers made (47). The senior is shooting 48% from distance and 81% at the stripe.

Green Bay is coached by Doug Gottlieb in his first season with the Phoenix. The team was picked to finish eighth in the Horizon League preseason poll.

Last Time Out
Campbell fell 66-53 at Evansville last Sunday. Campbell shot a season-low 32% from the floor in the game. Jasin Sinani scored a game-high 22 points thanks to going 11-11 at the foul line in what continues to be a strong-point for the Camels who went 16-18 for the game. 

Colby Duggan added a season-high 11 points, nine of those coming in the second half. Nolan Dorsey had another active night with 8 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals. 

Looking Ahead
Campbell returns home for the first time in three weeks to host Coastal Carolina on Dec. 4. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast on FloCollege.
