BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The Campbell Fighting Camels (19-8) will host the Charlotte 49ers (13-15) at Segra Stadium in Fayetteville on Tuesday in the Camels' lone neutral-site contest of the regular season.

Lawson Harrill moved into the team lead this week in hits, registering his 36th of the year. He is in second place with 11 home runs.
Cole Peschl leads the team with 36 strikeouts and a 4.23 ERA to this point in the season. Last Tuesday against No. 11 Duke, he allowed only one run in 4.1 innings with six punch outs. Peschl also leads the team in WHIP, at 1.16 (minimum 10 innings).
Series History
The Camels are 12-17 against the 49ers. Charlotte has controlled the matchup in recent years, coming out victorious in the previous 12 contests. Â
Know Your Opponent
Charlotte has won their previous two games, winning a series against South Florida. The 49ers are 2-5 away from their home field this season, including a 0-1 mark at neutral venues.
The team leader in batting average is Thad Ector (.313). Juan Correa is the power threat with a team-high eight home runs and a slugging percentage of .559. Correa also leads the team in strikeouts with 32. Â
Robert Woodard is in his fifth season at the helm of the 49ers. He's accumulated a 134-94 record. Last year, Charlotte won the C-USA Tournament for the first time in program history. Like Campbell, the 49ers advanced to the Clemson Regional Final before falling to Tennessee.
The 49ers were picked to finish second in their inaugural season in the American Athletic Conference. Right-handed pitcher Cameron Hansen was selected to the preseason all-conference team.
Last Time Out
Campbell took 2-of-3 against Elon for their first CAA series win. Peyton Bonds hit his first two collegiate home runs, and the Camels scored 33 runs over the three games.

Head Coach Justin Haire won his 300th career game on Saturday, March 16 against Valparaiso. In just over 10 seasons, the Camels have averaged over 30 wins a year during his tenure.
