Campbell gets the sweep against Charleston

BUIES CREEK, N.C. - In the final game of the series, Campbell defeats College of Charleston 8-0 in five innings. 

Savannah White and Alyssa Henault hit RBIs in the second inning to give the Camels their first two runs of the game. Charlie Montgomery then hit an RBI single in the third inning to bring the score to 3-0. Allyiah Swiney hit a two RBI single in the third inning, giving the Camels two more runs. Tyra Parker hit a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning, and then Swiney ended the game after hitting a two run home run! 

McKenna Kelly (3-11) was charged with the loss after pitching 3.0 innings and allowing eight hits, five earned runs and one strikeout. 

Isabella Smith (18-5) was credited with the win after pitching 5.0 innings, allowing four hits, no runs and three strikeouts. Smith allowed no runs all weekend.
