BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The Campbell Fighting Camels (23-11) look to get back to winning ways in a visit to NC State (20-13) Tuesday night at Doak Field at Dail Park.

Zach Sabers gets the midweek start this week. He's second on the team among qualified pitchers with a 5.22 ERA and an opposing batting average of .258.
Series History
The Camels have won 18 out of 58 games against the Wolfpack. Last year, the teams faced off twice at the Columbia Regional. NC State won the first game, but Campbell won the second matchup 11-1 to end the Wolfpack's season.
Know Your Opponent
NC State took a 2-1 series victory against No. 2 Clemson this past weekend, winning on Friday and Saturday. Last Tuesday, they fell, 5-4, to fellow CAA member UNCW.
Garrett Pennington and Alec Makarewicz lead the team with a .360 and .356 average respectively. Makarewicz is the team leader in home runs (13) and RBI (48).
Shane Van Dam has made 11 appearances out of the bullpen for the Wolfpack, amassing a 2.63 ERA and an opposing batting average of .156. In 27.1 innings, he has allowed only 15 hits and eight earned runs.
Elliot Avent is in his 27th year coaching the Wolfpack. Last season, they advanced to the Columbia Regional along with Campbell. NC State won the opening matchup between the two teams, but Campbell defeated the Wolfpack 11-1 later in the bracket to end their season.
