Harrill named NCBWA All-American

BUIES CREEK - Lawson Harrill was tabbed as NCBWA third-team all-America, the publication announced Wednesday. This is Harrill's second time being named all-America by the NCBWA, after being named to the second team a season ago.

Harrill led the Camels at the dish this season in nearly every category, including average (.351), home runs (23), RBI (56) runs (67), doubles (17), and HBP (19). He became the first Camel with multiple 20+ HR seasons in program history and now stands alone as Campbell's all-time home run leader with 51 for his career.

The Shelby, N.C. native becomes just the second Camel to be named all-America in multiple seasons by the NCBWA, joining Zach Neto, who did so in 2021-22.

Harrill's outstanding 2024 campaign previously landed him as one of 25 semi-finalist for the Golden Spikes Award.
