RALEIGH, N.C. - Campbell fell 7-0 at #22 NC State in its season opener playing indoors at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

In doubles action, the 102nd ranked duo of Braden Shick and Fons Van Sambeek defeated Campbell's Adi Dagan and Alex Fragasso 6-1. Martin Borisiouk and Jules Leroux secured the doubles point for the Wolfpack with a 6-1 win over Thomas Drapeau and Matias Lofink. 

Schick, ranked 17th in singles, defeated Drapeau 6-1, 6-0 while the 26nd ranked Borisiouk defeated Dagan 6-1, 6-2. 

Campbell's Luke Tollenaar took his opening set to a tiebreaker against Van Sambeek but ultimately fell 7-6 (7-5), 6-2. Leroux picked up a 6-1, 6-3 win over Aleksandar Hudjec.

William Manning picked up a 6-1 win in the first set over Fragasso and claimed the second set, 7-6 (7-3). The Wolfpack completed its sweep as Noah Gabriel picked up a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Lofink. 

Campbell will take the rest of January off before returning to action at home on Feb. 1 against Mount Olive at 2 PM.
